Wow! What a discovery!

We have a Power Pressure Cooker, but I’ve never tried to hard-boil eggs with it. It just seemed so weird… to put eggs in a pressure cooker and expect it to work. But I’ve really been fighting peeling my hard-boiled eggs recently (as in losing 25% of the egg with the shell!), so I decided to give it a try.

OMG! I’ll never go back to boiling again! Super quick and easy and the eggs peel just as nicely as this guy demonstrates in the video. Unbelievable!

Since I had so much fun peeling them, I had to look up how to store them once they’d been shelled… refrigerate in a sealed plastic dish with a couple of damp paper towels to keep them moist. Nice!
